Part of the problem is misinformation being spread. Take the response of bill0000 above who infers that electric cars pollute more than gasoline cars. That is simply false.

The problem I find is that these people get along and think they are making progress but then they don't really have a clue and it all falls apart in the end. You can't study processes that evolve over years in such a short term study.

It's time to hold a Bible Bon Fire. The thumpers are killing people. I say if this guy in Florida burns one Koran next week that we all have Bible Bon Fires in protest.

These projects should be owned by the people, i.e., the U.S. government. Otherwise we should tax the Dickens out of the rich people that own these things. I'm sick of this garbage.

No, it is not buying into the idea of socialism, it is buying into the idea of protecting you property value by not allowing your neighbor to do something do their house that decreases the value of your house. That is all. It is about keeping out the people that you don't like.

Read the article. The state law says that people must abide by HOA rules. The HOA rules forbid the flag, not the State of Az. He signed away his rights now he complains. If he doesn't like the rules he himself agreed to he should move.

There is no such thing as free speech on private property unless you own that property. Belonging to a homeowners association involves the homeowner giving up certain property rights, i.e., you have restrictions with regard to the use of your property and you give up certain rights.

When the Windows phone comes out I will seriously consider it. Zune is simply a great format and integration with the Windows business software will be great. As it is, Blackberry simply works. I don't need apps. I need to get work done. However, a robust integrated music play would be great.
